Cameron was very helpful and welcoming when we walked into the store. It was our first time at the store and he didn't try to push or sell us on anything we didn't want. He showed up several options and was able to make us a great deal. We really appreciate our entire experience!

The true test of a company is how they react when things go south. Furniture Row rose to the challenge. Wrong color ordered on 2 of 8 pieces, no power cord included. Both situations were quickly addressed and resolved. We will be back.

I went in to get a new reclining chair. Our salesman Nick did a great job helping me and my fiance find what we needed for our living room! Highly Recommend. Kind of pricy but totally worth it with the experience you get and the quality of their product.

Nicholas and Summer were super helpful in helping us pick out our sofa/bed and 2 accent chairs for our new home. They answered all of our concerns and were also patient with us as we made several trips to their store. I will add that the store manager Thomas was also awesome! Thank you all.

I had a great experience at Furniture Row! I purchased a bedroom set along with a mattress, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Thomas was incredibly helpful, and the gentleman who assisted me with choosing a mattress (I unfortunately can’t remember his name) was just as knowledgeable and friendly. They both made the entire process easy and stress-free without making me feel pressured. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. I definitely recommend Furniture Row and will be back for future furniture needs!

Thomas Lee and Lisa Bostick were both amazing to work with when deciding to purchase a sectional couch. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to point out options we had not considered previously. Thomas went above and beyond during all 3 (yes, 3) of my visits to the store over multiple days trying to make a decision - even going so far as to help me measure each piece on the sectional because I didn't trust the dimensions given on the product sheet. He greeted us with a smile and made my entire family feel welcomed every visit. Thomas was courteous and kind even though my children were literally creating chaos across the entire store. He offered them toys as a distraction and never made us feel like we were being a problem for others inside looking at other furniture. Thomas was not pushing for a sale, simply giving information about the quality products they offer. I am grateful for the kindness and knowledge he showed every time I was in the store. I was pleased to give Furniture Row my business especially after going to several other furniture stores in Columbus. Thomas and Lisa more than earned our purchase. You should give them a try if you're considering buying furniture.
